What products are warranted?

We use only top quality materials and workmanship to produce our products. Touring and Grand Touring styles are warranted for 1 Year and the Luxury Touring Berber and Select Touring Stain Resistant are warranted for 2 Years.  Luxury Sport is warranted for 6 months.

We do not warrant for normal wear and tear however, with proper care they should last for some time.

If for some reason you receive defective merchandise we’ll promptly correct the problem if you follow these simple steps.
  • If you experience a genuine fit issue or grommet misalignment, please contact  (Customer Service) (Toll free: 1-800-218-6287) so we can discuss the problem with you. You may be required to send an emailed digital image of the mats placed in the vehicle.
  • If the item is authorized for a return, we will give you a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without this number.
  • Send the mats back to us with the return authorization number prominently displayed on the outside of the package. We’ll arrange to pay the freight on authorized returns, make you a replacement item on a priority basis and pay shipping on the replacement set we send you.
