At Quality Car Mats we make returns and other client services as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the best floor mats. We understand that sometimes, clients change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore.

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that occasionally an item needs to be returned for non-warranty reasons. We allow this with a few limitations:

No embroidered items will be accepted for return, except for warranty.

No custom made items will be accepted for return, except for warranty.

No items with NON-MATCHING binding (except for warranty) will be accepted for return.

All returns must be approved by Customer Service and have the supplied Return Authorization Number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Items without an Authorization Number will be charged an additional $15 "Unauthorized Return" fee.

All returns except for warranty (Warranty Info) reasons are subject to a 30% return fee.

Items that have been returned to us due to "Refusal of Delivery" are subject to the "Unauthorized Return" fee, as well as an additional shipping charge for the return of the items. To avoid these fees, please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number.

Returns must be in re-sale condition, free of labels and markings.

We will not accept any items for return after 60 days of the purchase date.

We are not responsible for freight charges on non warranty returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded except for warranty returns.

What are my shipping fees?

Within the continental United States we use UPS Ground with a cost of $15.00 per order. Free on orders $89.95 and above. Please contact Customer Service if you would like to have your purchase shipped by a faster UPS method.

The United States Postal Service is used for locations outside of the continental U.S. and to P.O. boxes. Customer Service can provide these shipping costs.

All floor mats are custom made, and we usually ship within 3-4 business days after your order is placed excluding weekends and holidays. UPS Ground (for continental US addresses) usually takes 2-3 business days for customers in the Midwest and 4-5 business days to either coast.

If damages occur in shipping, please contact Customer Service immediately.

We will allow you to cancel an order only before the items are manufactured (usually within 24 hours). Once the items are made a restocking fee will apply, see return information. If you do decide to cancel your order prior to the items being manufactured, we will refund your payment, minus a 5% cancellation fee.

Order Cancellations

We will assist with cancellation of an order or part(s) that have not been shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable / non-refundable items. Items that have been shipped already cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellations can be done online by submitting a request, or through our customer care team who can be reached via live chat or phone. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that sometimes products ship quicker than expected.

Billing, Refunds and Credits

Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued as soon as they are received. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order. Once the refund has been issued a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
