Why buy custom-fit floor mats? |

Custom-fit mat provides maximum coverage of your vehicles floor. Unlike OEM style mats which often compromise between cost (more carpet = more cost) and coverage, our mats generally protect more of your vehicles floor. |

What are the differences between the carpet Styles? |
| |
|
Our Plush style carpet is made from densely woven 22 oz. tufted yarn. The Plush style is usually closest to original OEM mats and is offered in 20 colors (Plush colors).
The Ultra-Plush style uses a thicker, premium, 28 oz. yarn at only a small increase in price. Ultra-Plush style has a rich, textured feel and appearance while still being easy to clean. It is offered in 10 colors (Ultra-Plush colors).
Our Luxury Berber style is made from luxurious European style 42 oz. Berber carpet. It resists wear and footprints while delivering a stylish upgrade to your vehicles interior. Luxury Berber is offered in 5 colors (Luxury Berber colors).

What is the difference between serged and nylon binding? |
| |
|
Nylon binding (standard on our Plush and Ultra-Plush styles) provides a durable yet pleasing edge. Serged binding (optional on the Plush and Ultra-Plush styles, standard on the Luxury Berber style) provides a richer, more upscale look. |

What kind of backing do you use? |
| |
|
Our backing (More Info) is an exclusive "Grip Tech" nibbed rubber designed to reduce mat sliding. The rubber nibs grip the underlying carpet, holding the mats firmly in place. |

Will the mat color match my carpet? |
| |

Quality Car Mats provides a wide range of colors in each style of carpet. Our Plush style has 20 colors (Plush colors) to choose from, Ultra-Plush has 10 unique colors (Ultra-Plush colors) available and our Luxury Berber comes in 5 popular colors (Luxury Berber colors). Regardless of the style you choose, we have a color to complement your vehicle’s interior.
Please note that Due to variances in our dye lots and those used by automobile manufacturers, colors will vary on occasion.
If you are not certain about a color, please ask for a free (Samples).

Why do the colors shown differ from the sample(s)? |

Computer monitors vary in their ability to show color accurately. Even calibrated monitors do not always represent the product color and texture precisely. The best way to ensure that your color choice compliments your vehicle is to order a free sample (Samples). |

Can I get a sample? |

Certainly! In fact we strongly encourage anyone uncertain of which color to choose to take advantage of our free sample offer (Samples). Simply fill in the form and we will promptly send you the samples. |

What type of embroidery do you offer? |
| |
|
You can embroider your name, initials, monogram or anything else you can imagine. Lettering is available in script, or block. You can either have all capital letters or choose to capitalize it however you wish. Embroidery is available in two different locations on your floor mat; Vertical is located near the doors and runs parallel to the door sills. Horizontal is centered horizontally, six inches from the bottom edge of your mat.
Please NOTE: Due to a recent court ruling, we CANNOT embroidery vehicle make or model names.

My floor mats have grommets; do I get them with your floor mats? |
| |
|
We add grommets if they were part of the original OEM mat....there are a few exceptions such as BMW’s, C6 Corvette, etc. that are exclusive to the vehicle maker and can only be purchased through a dealer.
In the cases where we can’t get the correct grommets, we do not put the grommets in the mats. You really won’t see anything as the ones we can't produce are more of the flat snap type so the mat just lays over them.
Customers have found that our exclusive "Grip Tech" nibbed rubber backing (More Info) grips so well that with or without grommets, your new Quality Car Mats will remain in place. |

What if I cannot find my vehicles floor mats? |
| |

Not a problem! If you have a vehicle, we can make custom mats for it. All that is required is that you create a template (creating a custom template ) and send it to us. This custom service is available free of charge. |

How do I clean my floor mats? |
| |
|
Your Quality car mats will provide years of satisfaction with proper care. Clean the floor mats regularly by vacuuming them. The mats can be washed with mild soap and water and hung out to dry to produce wonderful results. But please do not wash the floor mats in a washing machine, it may damage the machine. |

When will I get my order? |

Our floor mats are made to order and not pulled from stock. We usually ship within 2-3 business days after your order is placed excluding weekend and holidays. We ship to the continental United States using UPS Ground. This usually takes 2-3 days for customers in the mid-west (Where our factory is located) and 4-5 days to either coast. |

Shipping within the continental United States (excluding P.O. Boxes) is done with UPS Ground. Other destinations (and P.O. Boxes) are shipped via Parcel Post. Shipping within the continental United States (excluding P.O. Boxes) is FREE until December 11th. For P.O. All returns must have our prior approval (Customer Service) and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be in re-sale condition, free of labels and markings. What is your warranty? |

We use only top quality materials and workmanship to produce our products. Luxury Berber mats are warranted for one year while Plush and Ultra-Plush mats are warranted for six months. We do not warrant for normal wear and tear however, with proper care they should last for some time. If for some reason you receive defective merchandise we’ll promptly correct the problem.Please refer to our Warranty for details. |
