  What are custom-fit floor mats?
    Custom-fit mat provides maximum coverage of your vehicles floor. Unlike OEM style mats which often compromise between cost and coverage, our mats generally protect more of your vehicles floor. However, our mats are designed with our customer's safety as our top concern. As a result, some mats may only be offered in the OEM pattern coverage.
  Why are some mats made with a "Custom" pattern, and some with an "OEM" pattern?
    Our mats are designed with our customer's safety as our top concern. As a result, some mats may only be offered in the OEM pattern coverage. "Custom" patterns where designed by our factory's pattern specialist when he saw room to improve on coverage. This offers better protection of your vehicles underlying interior carpet.
  Which color will match my interior best?
    Online colors will vary from laptops, to monitors, to tablets to phone devices and is not necessarily a precise representation of the actual product; even calibrated monitors will not always represent the product color and texture precisely The best way to ensure that your color choice complements your vehicle is to order a free sample to see it in a natural setting. Our Plush style has 14 colors (Plush colors) to choose from, Ultra-Plush has 5 unique colors (Ultra-Plush colors) available, our Luxury Berber comes in 5 popular colors (Luxury Berber colors) and our Stain Resistant style comes in 5 popular colors (Stain Resistant Colors)
  Can I get a sample?
    Certainly! In fact we strongly encourage anyone uncertain of which color to choose to take advantage of our free sample offer (Samples). Simply fill in the form and we will promptly send you the samples.
  What type of embroidery do you offer?
    You can embroider your name, initials, monogram or anything else you can imagine. We offer 8 font choices. (Font Chart). Embroidery is available in 2 areas for your front mats, vertical is located on the side of the mat closet to the door threshold. Horizontal is centered in the mat, approximately 6-8 inches up from the bottom edge of your mat. (Embroidery Options)

PLEASE NOTE: Due to copyright and trademark laws, we are unable to embroidery vehicle make, model, logos or trim (e.g. LX, Limited etc.) names. However, we DO have the rights to embroider certain Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac and Pontiac names and logos.
  My floor mats have grommets; do I get them with your floor mats?
    We add grommets if they were part of the original mat....there are a few exceptions such as BMW, Mercedes, etc. they are exclusive to the vehicle maker and can only be purchased through a dealer.

In the cases where we cannot provide grommets, your mats will be made without them
  What if I cannot find my vehicles floor mats?
    Not a problem! We can custom make your mats. Please contact (Customer Service) for the pattern template information. There is a small fee of $15 for custom template patterns
  How do I clean my floor mats?
    Your Quality Car Mats will provide years of satisfaction with proper care. Clean the floor mats regularly by vacuuming them. The mats can be washed with mild soap and water and hung out to dry to produce wonderful results. But please do not wash the floor mats in a washing machine, it will damage the mats and the machine.
Material Types
  What is the difference between your 4 carpet materials?
    Our Plush style carpet is made from densely woven 22 oz. tufted yarn. The Plush style is usually closest to original OEM mats and is offered in 14 colors (Plush colors).

The Ultra-Plush style uses a thicker, premium, 28 oz. yarn. It is offered in 5 colors (Ultra-Plush colors).

Our Luxury Berber style is made from luxurious European style 42 oz. Berber carpet. It resists wear and footprints while delivering a stylish upgrade to your vehicles interior. Luxury Berber is offered in 5 colors (Luxury Berber colors).

Our Stain Resistant Plush Pile is available in 5 colors, made from 28 oz yarn, the carpet pile is short and dense which allow debris to stay on top of the carpet pile for super easy cleaning. Also, this material has been treated with a powerful stain resisting technology adding to the ease of care for these mats.
  What is the difference between serged and nylon binding?
    Our nylon binding comes standard on our Plush, Ultra-Plush carpet styles. It provides a durable yet pleasing edge, for a small fee it can be upgraded to the serged binding (More Info)

Our Serged Binding comes standard on our Stain Resistant and Luxury Berber carpets. Serging provides a richer, more upscale look. (More Info)
  What kind of backing do you use?
    Non-slip natural rubber backing features a water-resistant flat rubber backing that provides superior anchoring ability to keep your mats firmly in place and is featured on our Plush carpet in Black and Charcoal colors, as well as the entire Stain Resistant line of carpet.

Grip Tech nibbed rubber is featured on our Ultra-Plush, Berber and our remaining Plush carpet colors with exception of colors charcoal & black.
Ordering
  When will I get my order?
    Our floor mats are made to order and not pulled from stock. We usually ship within 4-BUSINESS days (5/with embroidery) after your order is placed excluding weekend and holidays. We ship to the continental United States using UPS Ground. This usually takes 1-3 days for customers in the mid-west (Where our factory is located) and 3-5 days to either coast.
  Do you offer Rush Service?
    Yes! We offer a Rush Service for either same day (ordering before 11am ET) or made and shipped the next day. This service is available for a $20 fee; please call 800-218-6287 for details. Rush service will have specific cut off times during the Christmas holiday
  How secure is my order?
    Your order is totally secure. Entry of your sensitive information is done on a Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) server. This ensures that your privacy is protected.
  What forms of payment do you accept?
    We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We will also accept money orders, cashier checks and personal checks, but the funds must be verified before your order will be processed.
Shipping
  How do you ship, the cost and other info?
    Free shipping applies to UPS ground delivery to the 48 continental US states and does not include Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and US Possessions addresses. For P.O. Boxes or outside the continental United States, please call Customer Service for pricing (Toll free 1-800-218-6287).

If your product is received damaged please contact us without delay and send a digital image to mail@qualitycarmats.com for immediate replacement
Return Policy & Warranty
  What if I have a fit or grommet issue?
    If you experience a genuine fit issue or grommet misalignment; you may be required to send an emailed digital image. Photos must show the mats inside of the vehicle clearly showing the issue. It is to your benefit and protection as the photo is used to verify if an incorrect part # was used for your order; and to ensure a full refund. Please email photos with your Order Number in the subject line, to mail@qualitycarmats.com we cannot issue full refunds without this information
  What if I do not like the color I ordered?
    Contact (Customer Service) to receive your RA number if you choose to return your mats. Because we offer free samples prior to ordering, color returns are not considered warranted and are subject to a restocking fee.Click here to read our Return Policy in detail
  What is your return policy?
    All returns must have our prior approval (Customer Service) and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns must be in re-sale condition, free of labels and markings. No embroidered items, and no items with NON-MATCHING binding will be accepted for return. We are not responsible for freight charges on this type of return.   What is your warranty?
    We use only top quality materials and workmanship to produce our products. Luxury Berber mats and Stain Resistant mats are warranted for 2 years while Plush and Ultra-Plush mats are warranted for 1 year. We do not warrant for normal wear and tear however, with proper care they should last for some time.

If for some reason you receive defective merchandise we will promptly correct the problem. Please refer to our Warranty for details.
