We use only top quality materials and workmanship to produce our products. Plush and Ultra-Plush styles are warranted for 1 Year and the Luxury Berber and Stain Resistant Plush Pile are warranted for 2 Years.

We do not warrant for normal wear and tear however, with proper care they should last for some time.

If for some reason you receive defective merchandise we’ll promptly correct the problem if you follow these simple steps.

1. Notify us immediately (Customer Service) (Toll free: 1-800-218-6287) so we can discuss the problem with you. If the item is authorized for a return, we will give you a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without this number.

2. Send the mats back to us with the return authorization number prominently displayed on the outside of the package. We’ll arrange to pay the freight on authorized returns, make you a replacement item on a priority basis and pay shipping on the replacement set we send you.
