Custom Floor Mat Template

Before you create your template, we recommend that you call us at 1-888-322-7628 to make sure that we do not already have the appropriate template.

It is possible for Quality Car Mats to make floor mats for virtually every make, model and year of vehicle, including the vehicles that we do not have templates for. If you did not find your vehicle from our extensive list, you will need to create a custom floor mat template and send it to us so that we can use your template to make the floor mats. There is a small fee of $10 for making custom floor mats.

Although we have standard pricing for our floor mats, we will need to see your template before we can quote a price for your custom floor mats. Below is a table with our standard pricing to use as a guide:

How To Create A Template

Below you will find the very simple, 4 step instructions for how to send us your custom floor mat template.

1. Using heavy paper (we recommend brown craft paper) carefully trace the outline of all of the floor mats that you would like to have made. Please remember that the floor mats will be made to match your template exactly.
2. It is very important that you label all floor mats. We would like to see the following on each floor mat.
   • Label which side is UP (carpeted side) and which is DOWN (rubber nibbed side)
   • Label which side the floor mat is for, LEFT (driver side) or RIGHT (passenger side)
   • Label the TOP edge (the edge facing the front of the vehicle)
3. Print and complete the custom floor mat form. (Click here to view/print) All fields must be filled in before we can give you a price quote for your floor mats.
4. Mail both of the above items to us. If you include your credit card information for payment, we will contact you with a price before we charge your card.
